Winifred Flach, M.A. MFT specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and stress management.

Winifred Flach is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice, specializing in anxiety and stress management, high-stress careers, creative blocks, relationships and life transitions.   

Winnie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University, a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.  She trained at UCLA in the OCD Intensive Outpatient Program and Early Childhood Partial Hospitalization Program.  She worked as a research associate at UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and was an intern at the Southern California Counseling Center.   

Prior to a career in psychology, Winnie worked in television development at NBC/Universal, wrote for several national entertainment and lifestyle magazines, and was represented by Creative Artists Agency.
